Role Overview:
The CEO will be the prime pillar of the company, responsible for driving overall business growth, operational excellence, financial performance, and organizational culture. You will work closely with the Business Head, functional managers, and teams across Sales, Recruitment, Operations, HR, and Finance to achieve strategic objectives and strengthen our market position.Key Responsibilities:
● Business Strategy & Growth
○ Define and execute short-term and long-term business strategies.○ Drive expansion across industries and geographies, building strong client partnerships.○ Explore new opportunities in staffing, skilling, and emerging workforce solutions.

● Leadership & People Management
○ Lead, mentor, and inspire teams including Business Development, Recruitment, Operations, and Support Functions.○ Build a performance-driven culture with accountability, collaboration, and innovation.○ Foster leadership development and succession planning across all levels.

● Client & Stakeholder Management
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across various Industries.○ Represent the company with government bodies, industry associations, and key stakeholders in NAPS/NATS and skilling initiatives.

● Operations Excellence
○ Ensure smooth execution of staffing operations across multiple client locations.○ Oversee compliance, payroll processing, invoicing, and HR operations.○ Implement technology-driven solutions for efficiency and scalability.

●* Financial Management*
○ Drive profitability, revenue growth, and cost optimization.○ Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.○ Ensure statutory compliance and strong internal controls.

Qualifications & Skills:
● Minimum 5+ years of senior leadership experience in the staffing industry.● Strong understanding of staffing, recruitment processes, skilling programs (NAPS/NATS), and workforce management.● Proven track record of scaling business operations and driving profitability.● Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive operational efficiency.● Strong financial and business acumen with decision-making ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
