As a Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will play a crucial role in overseeing and controlling all strategic and business aspects of the company. Your responsibilities will include developing high-quality business strategies and plans that align with short-term and long-term objectives, leading and motivating subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high-performing managerial team, and overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they yield the desired results. Moreover, you will be tasked with making high-quality investing decisions, enforcing adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies, reviewing financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements, building trust relations with key partners and stakeholders, analyzing problematic situations to ensure the company's survival and growth, and maintaining a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
