Technical Support: Resolve technical issues, answer queries, and guide users on Tally functionalities. Training: Conduct training sessions for new users to ensure they can effectively use the software. Implementation: Assist with the installation and implementation of Tally software for new clients. Documentation: Document client requirements and create documentation for software functionalities. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues, including technical and functional problems. Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, explaining complex concepts and providing support. Staying Updated: Keep abreast of new software updates, features, and industry best practices. Age limit 18 to 30 Language preferred Tamil only Most welcome to Freshers and College students.
