Role Purpose

The Tally Executive is responsible for promoting Tally education projects, managing institutional tie-ups, supporting TAC partners, and ensuring student enrollments for certification programs. The role demands strong knowledge of Tally software, communication skills, and field activity execution to drive business growth in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

1.Tally Software Knowledge

* Maintain in-depth knowledge of Tally software.

* Deliver product demos and support internal knowledge assessments.

2. Training / Education Sector Knowledge

* Identify and approach new institutes and colleges for Tally education projects.

* Submit monthly progress and lead reports.

3. Tally Education Project & Certification Business

* Develop tie-ups with colleges/authorized centers.

* Drive student enrollments for Tally certification.

4. *Field Visits*

* Conduct 8–10 market visits per month to promote Tally education and partnerships.

* Achieve defined conversion ratios from visits to deals/tie-ups.

5. TAC Partner Support

* Regularly follow up with existing TAC partners.

* Onboard new TAC partners and maintain partner satisfaction.

6. Communication & Presentation

* Maintain polite and professional communication with clients, partners, and team members.

* Deliver presentations and attend training sessions to enhance knowledge and learning attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
