GEM Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive GEM Executive to oversee the procurement and vendor management of hardware and IT products through the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) platform. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring timely, cost-effective acquisition of IT products, services, and hardware solutions in alignment with government policies and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the entire process of procuring hardware and IT products through the GEM platform.

· Oversee vendor onboarding, product listings, and pricing management.

· Ensure compliance with GEM guidelines, processes, and government procurement policies.

· Act as the main liaison between internal teams and GEM platform administrators.

· Liaise with government agencies, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless procurement and supply chain operations.

· Evaluate vendors for reliability, price competitiveness, and compliance with GEM standards.

· Facilitate the process for obtaining quotes and bids for hardware and IT product purchases.

· Maintain detailed records of all procurement transactions and related documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
