Ø Sales & Revenue Growth: Contribute to driving sales and revenue growth by identifying, developing, and managing customers across assigned areas, locations, and states. Ø Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities to generate fresh leads and expand the customer base. Ø Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to implement new strategies and refine current approaches. Ø Sales Target Achievement: Ensure monthly sales targets are met consistently by monitoring performance and adapting strategies as needed. Location: Base Office (with frequent travel to Gandhinagar and other cities across Gujarat/India) Job Type: Full-Time | On-field + Office Coordination Key Responsibilities: Travel regularly to Gandhinagar and other required cities to coordinate with government departments, registration offices, and compliance authorities. Manage end-to-end process of government-related registrations including: Company & Industry Registrations Factory/Trade/Industrial Licenses GST and other tax-related registration Handle BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) registration process for company products. Prepare, verify, and submit required documents for government policies, compliance, and approvals. Maintain strong liaison with government officials, consultants, and agencies for smooth approvals. Keep updated knowledge of latest government policies, rules, and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing and product certifications. Ensure timely renewals of registrations and licenses. Prepare regular MIS reports of applied, pending, and approved registrations. Key Skills & Competencies: In-depth knowledge of government registration processes & policies . Hands-on experience with BIS registration and similar compliance processes. Ability to handle official documentation and verification independently. Strong communication & networking skills for dealing with government authorities. Willingness to travel frequently (especially to Gandhinagar and other cities as required). Good record-keeping and follow-up skills. Qualification & Experience: Graduate in Commerce / Law / Public Administration / Business (preferred). 1–5 years of experience in government liaison, registration, or compliance roles. Candidates with prior BIS registration experience will be given priority. Should be comfortable with both fieldwork (visiting offices) and documentation work.
