Responsibilities: Manage and update product listings (sports goods, apparel, equipment, etc.) on the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal. Monitor and respond to bids, tenders, and purchase requests on GeM. Coordinate and submit competitive bids for relevant government opportunities. Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and delivery in line with GeM requirements. Handle documentation including invoices, delivery challans, and compliance paperwork. Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, bids, and communications on the portal. Liaise with government buyers, respond to queries, and resolve disputes if any. Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, accounts, procurement) to fulfill GeM orders. Stay updated with the latest GeM guidelines, policies, and product categories. Analyze portal performance, track sales trends, and recommend improvements in listing quality, pricing, and bidding strategy. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in managing GeM portal operations (preferred). Strong understanding of e-tendering, government procurement, and compliance. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and GeM portal functionalities. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, logistics, and finance teams. Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of sports goods categories and HSN codes (e.g., equipment, apparel, gym products). Prior experience in government sales, procurement, or vendor management. Role Overview We're seeking a Shopify Automation Expert to lead Unicommerce integration and backend process automation for our sports e-commerce division optimizing inventory, catalog, and order workflows between Shopify and Unicommerce to reduce manual work and boost efficiency. Key Responsibilities Configure, test & deploy Unicommerce integration with Shopify. Map SKU, stock, and order workflows for real-time sync. Automate routing, dispatch, and returns via Shopify-Unicommerce-Courier APIs. Implement auto inventory reconciliation, low-stock alerts & order status updates. Build API/Zapier automation flows & audit existing Shopify apps. Create SOPs for store automation & ensure GST/HSN-compliant invoicing. Coordinate with tech, logistics & finance teams for seamless operations. Requirements 3-5 yrs managing Shopify Plus/Advanced with automation workflows. Proven Unicommerce integration experience (API mapping, warehouse sync). Familiar with Zapier, Make, Postman, Shopify API. Strong grasp of inventory systems, GST/HSN, and Indian logistics (Shiprocket, Delhivery, BlueDart). Basic webhooks/JSON/XML and Shopify Liquid knowledge is a plus. Deliverables Live Unicommerce setup within 3 weeks. ?80% reduction in manual reconciliation. 100% sync accuracy between Shopify & Unicommerce. Full documentation & process handover.
