As the CEO of one of the Biggest Apparel manufacturing companies with state-of-the-art in-house manufacturing facilities catering to popular USA, European & UK fashion Brands, your role will be crucial in driving the business forward. You will be responsible for handling an approximate USD 300 million per annum business initially as a PCH, ensuring to meet and maintain the top line. Your Marketing & Business Development background will be instrumental in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Travel extensively with the marketing team to meet buyers, participate in presentations, attend fairs, and source fabric, trims, accessories, etc as required. - Demonstrate strengths in handling various products such as Knits, woven, denims, Sportswear, Activewear, etc, and categories including Men, Women, Kids, Toddler. - Utilize your strong business acumen to quickly understand the handwriting of the brand and create business opportunities. - Showcase excellent communication skills (written and verbal), exceptional presentation skills, and strong people and work management abilities. - Lead the team effectively, being a strong leader and a team player. - Report directly to the Board and liaise with international buyers and stakeholders. Qualification Required: - Must have a minimum of 30-36 years of experience in Marketing & Business Development within the Apparel Manufacturing industry. - Preferably possess a formal education in Garment Manufacturing, Fashion, Design, or related fields from a premium institute. - International work experience at a similar level or position will be advantageous. - Professionals with experience in Apparel Manufacturing/Export are eligible for this position.
