1. Financial Accounting & Reporting • Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions. • Maintain general ledger and prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements. • Reconcile accounts, including bank, vendor, and customer accounts. 2. Cost Accounting & Control • Analyze and track manufacturing costs (materials, labor, and overhead). • Maintain standard cost systems and conduct variance analysis. • Monitor wastage, scrap, and other cost drivers to improve factory profitability. 3. Budgeting & Forecasting • Prepare and monitor factory budgets. • Forecast expenses and revenues related to production. • Highlight deviations and suggest corrective actions. 4. Inventory & Asset Management • Oversee stock valuation and reconciliation (raw materials, Work in Progress (WIP), finished goods). • Assist in periodic physical inventory counts and audits. • Track and manage depreciation of fixed assets. 5. Compliance & Audit • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, taxes (GST/TDS), and regulations. • Prepare for internal and external audits. • Maintain proper documentation and support audit processes. 6. Payroll & Labor Cost Management • Process factory payroll and ensure compliance with labor laws. • Monitor overtime, bonuses, and statutory deductions accurately. 7. Tally Reporting & operating • Maintain and update accounting software (like Tally, etc.). • Generate and analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports for decision-making. 8. Coordination with Departments • Collaborate with production, purchase, and stores departments for financial control. • Provide cost data and insights to support production planning and efficiency. 9. Taxation & Statutory Filings • Timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory returns. • Liaise with tax consultants, CA and authorities when necessary. 10. Continuous Improvement & Internal Controls • Suggest and implement improvements in financial processes. • Ensure strong internal controls to prevent fraud or errors. Contact- Mr. D. M.
