Digital Marketing Executive

·         Develop plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).·         Manage and optimize the company website with strategies to improve visibility, engagement, and lead generation.·         Create engaging digital content including posts, blogs, newsletters, videos, brochures, and creatives.·         Handle video creation and editing, including site visits, factory updates, management interactions, testimonials, and ongoing project coverage.·         Coordinate with factories regarding products and update content for communication and promotions.·         Monitor , analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights.·         Drive lead generation campaigns and nurture leads through digital platforms.·         Handle Online Reputation Management (ORM), respond to queries/messages, and engage with clients on digital channels.·         Design posts and creatives for events (annual day, recruitment, Infra Con, etc.) and maintain activity updates on social media pages.·         Share dispatch photos, factory/product updates, and site/project coverage on digital platforms.·         Collaborate with internal teams for case studies, brochures, and other promotional materials.·         Research industry trends, explore innovative content ideas, and stay updated with competitor activities. ·         1 + years of proven work experience in digital marketing (preferably in B2B, construction, or infrastructure sectors).·         Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.·         Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and video editing tools.·         Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator is an added advantage.·         Basic knowledge (or willingness to learn) drone handling for photo and video shoots.·         Excellent communication, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
