Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and a passion for working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Experience in taxation, GST, TDS and PF calculation, invoicing

·  Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Collaborate closely with the finance department to ensure smooth financial operations.

·  Manage petty cash and oversee day-to-day office expenses.

·  Streamline the reimbursement process to enhance efficiency and reduce delays

·  Coordinate with management to obtain prior budget approvals for event planning and office celebrations.

·  Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, Deductions, and benefits.

·  Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.

·  Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.

·  Assist in the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.

·  Experience in dealing with multiple clients, Maintain records of fixed assets and oversee depreciation schedules.

·  Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.

 Experience in financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring financial records are accurate throughout the year.

Qualification:

·  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).

·  Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably within a private limited company or similar environment.

·  Proficiency in accounting software Tally and Microsoft Excel

·  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.

·  Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and external stakeholders.
