Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Mumbai. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations such as maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional duties include budget preparation, financial forecasting, and conducting audits. The role requires close collaboration with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial regulations
• Experience with budgeting, financial forecasting, and audit preparation
• Competency in accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Professional certification such as CPA or CA is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Audit :

• Coordinating with Auditors for Finalization

RBI :

• Monthly Online Filling of FLM 8 on AP Connect
• Following RBI Compliance as per Master Direction

Remittance :

• Outward Remittance

TDS / TCS :

• Monthly TDS / TCS Payments
• Quarterly Return Filling

GST :

• Monthly GST Return Filling
• Includes Data Preparation, Revenue Reconciliation
• Input Credit Reconciliation
• Annual GST Return Filling

Payments :

• Bank Payment Entries
• TDS Criteria to be checked while making payments
• Nature of Payments to be check whether its supplier payment o Expenses
• Cross check the invoices

Salary :

• Preparing monthly data coordinate with the consultant
• Staff TDS Calculations
• Reconciliation of Staff Loan & Advance
• Annual P. Tax Return
• Salary payments

Insurance :

• Coordinate with the Insurance agent for Employee Medical claim

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
