SENIOR ACCOUNTANT Key Responsibilities Maintain and supervise daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and loan portfolio accounting. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance including RBI returns, GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings. Coordinate and support statutory, tax, and internal audits. Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and variance analysis for management decision-making. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and fund utilization monitoring. Establish and monitor internal financial controls to minimize risks. Guide and mentor junior accountants in day-to-day operations. Qualifications & Experience CMA /MBA (Finance) / M.Com with 5–8 years of accounting & finance experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in an NBFC/Financial Services sector preferred. Strong knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, RBI NBFC regulations, GST, TDS, and corporate taxation.
