Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Sales Executive located in Chennai. The Sr. Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, meeting and exceeding sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, and analyzing sales data. Additionally, the role requires preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and collaborating with marketing and product development teams to drive business growth. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the sustainability or hospitality sectors- - - - Proven track record of driving business growth and meeting sales targets - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Strong knowledge of eco-friendly practices and sustainability principles Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong skills in customer relationship management and prospecting Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitors Experience in conducting market research and preparing sales reports Collaboration skills to work with marketing and product development teams Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus Experience in Sales in Glass Bottling Plant and R.O. is a plus.
