Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Accountant to manage critical finance functions, including MIS, budgeting, and reporting. The role involves ensuring financial accuracy, supporting decision-making through timely reports, and contributing to financial planning and control.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain monthly/quarterly MIS reports with variance analysis.
Develop, monitor, and manage budgets in coordination with management.
Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Handle forecasting, financial analysis, and cost control measures.
Supervise accounting operations and ensure accurate ledger management.
Coordinate with internal teams and auditors for smooth financial processes.
Identify process improvements to enhance financial reporting and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
Oversee e-commerce accounting (reconciliations with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc., commission/charges verification, sales returns, and settlement tracking).

Qualifications & Skills:

Master’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting or a semi-qualified CA.
3-4 years of relevant experience in MIS, budgeting, reporting and e-commerce
accounting.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial analysis.
Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel (advanced level) and e-commerce reconciliation
tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
