What You’ll Do: Financial Reporting: Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow. Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flows and liquidity, providing accurate forecasts for working capital. Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis on revenue, costs, and operating margins to provide valuable insights across D2C, Marketplace, and Quick Commerce channels. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in annual budgets, financial forecasting, and financial modeling while ensuring effective budget monitoring and performance reporting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho) and Excel. Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Knowledge: Strong understanding of balance sheets, P&L, cash flows, and financial implications in D2C, Marketplace, and Quick Commerce models. In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and relevant tax and regulatory frameworks. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills with an eye for detail. Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bonus Skills: Experience in e-commerce or online retail environments.
