Role Description

This is a full-time Equity based with no fixed salary, role for a Business Development Head (Co-Founder). The person will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans, leading sales efforts, managing key accounts, and driving business development initiatives. The role includes conducting market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and building relationships with potential and existing clients. Prior Experience and understanding of the recruitment business is needed.

We are already a network of 50+ experienced recruiter partners and serving 250+ clients PAN India across IT & Non IT domain and looking forward to expand our team size as well as client base.
