Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Account or Senior Account Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounts, compliance, financial reporting, and ensuring smooth functioning of all financial activities in alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire accounts department and financial operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
• Manage vendor payments, receivables, and reconciliation of accounts.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and ensure cost control.
• Ensure timely payroll processing and employee expense management.
• Support management in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.
• Implement and maintain accounting systems, processes, and internal controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounts/finance (preferably in manufacturing, EPC, or renewable energy sector).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP or similar accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a small team.
