1. Purpose of the Role The State Head – Maharashtra is responsible for overall business development, project execution, team leadership, and profit & loss (P&L) management across the assigned state. Required Qualifications and Skills The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or Business Administration. A Master’s degree (MBA or M.Tech) will be an added advantage. A minimum of 8–12 years of experience in solar energy, infrastructure, or power industry is preferred, with at least 3 years in a leadership or state head capacity. The role demands strong commercial acumen, people leadership, knowledge of government regulations, and technical understanding of solar EPC projects. 4. Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) The State Head must ensure the implementation of HSE policies across all project sites and offices in Maharashtra.
