Solar Ace Energy is a leading renewable energy company dedicated to providing innovative and efficient solar solutions. We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Sales Team Leader to drive performance and growth through strategic team management and lead conversion.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Inside Sales Team Leader to manage a team of sales executives, guide them in achieving sales targets, and ensure smooth communication with potential customers from inquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate the inside sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, qualify leads, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Track team performance and generate regular reports for management.
• Work closely with the marketing team for lead generation and conversion.
• Monitor CRM usage and ensure proper documentation of all interactions.
• Resolve client queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Implement best sales practices and continuous improvements in processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in the solar or energy sector.
• Strong team leadership and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and lead management systems.
• Goal-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
