As a Team Leader - Sales, your role involves selling Residential projects and being individually responsible for generating revenues. Your key responsibilities include: - Team handling & Team Management - Achieving projected sales figure by converting leads into business - Convincing prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet their requirements - Managing your client base through excellent follow-up on leads for existing and new clients - Sending out details of new properties on the market to people in your database - Maintaining good relationships with booked clients & obtaining referral leads - Cold calling, following up with leads provided in CRM, and arranging site visits - Showing buyers around a property actively on scheduled appointments - Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms - Determining clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions - Conducting negotiation processes, advising clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters - Generating leads through canopy activities and other promotional activities - Participating in sales promotion activities & lead generation - Achieving & exceeding sales targets of the sales force - Taking prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries, and liaising with Developers for clarification if required - Cultivating excellent knowledge about real estate markets and best practices Qualifications required for this role: - Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills - Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills - Pleasant and trustworthy demeanor - Familiarity with MS Office This role presents an opportunity to learn and grow, both personally and professionally.
