Team Leader - Sales

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Team Lead to manage and guide our sales team toward achieving business targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and proven experience in driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
• Monitor performance metrics, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
• Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with management to forecast sales, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and CRM usage for tracking leads and conversions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
