Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader – Sales to drive performance and lead a high-performing team in the preowned luxury car segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, with a preference for experience in the luxury car market. This role involves overseeing daily operations, achieving sales targets, managing team performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in line with the standards of luxury automotive retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership & Performance Management:
  • Lead a team of sales executives, providing daily guidance, motivation, and performance monitoring.
  • Drive the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Ensure premium customer handling and a consultative selling approach aligned with luxury brand expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and repeat customers.
  • Resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the purchase journey.
  • Team Development:
  • Train, mentor, and coach the team on product knowledge, customer engagement, and negotiation skills.
  • Foster a high-performance, team-oriented culture focused on customer excellence.
  • Inventory & Stock Planning:
  • Coordinate with procurement and stock teams to maintain an updated, relevant inventory of luxury preowned cars.
  • Ensure vehicles are market-ready and displayed with proper branding and presentation.
  • Reporting & Coordination:
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the Sales Head – Central.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing and digital teams to support campaign-driven leads and showroom traffic.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences in the luxury segment.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3–6 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 1–2 years in the luxury car segment (preferred)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
