We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Account Manager to lead and manage key client accounts while ensuring financial compliance and operational excellence. The role demands a strategic professional capable of blending relationship management, sales growth, and statutory accounting knowledge.

• Manage and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and business partners.
• Develop and implement strategies for revenue growth and account expansion.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations, billing, and service delivery.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts, collections, and credit control.
• Prepare and analyze MIS reports, revenue forecasts, and client performance summaries.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF & ESIC.
• Liaise with finance and HR teams for accurate deductions, filings, and documentation.
• Address client queries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain satisfaction levels.
• Provide regular reports and strategic inputs to the management team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or finance operations.
• Working knowledge of:
• GST filing, reconciliation, and compliance
• TDS deduction & returns
• PF & ESIC regulations and monthly reporting
• Strong command over Excel, financial reporting tools, and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functionally and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector is a significant advantage.
