The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and account management. Understand client needs, business goals, and industry challenges to provide strategic solutions. Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and reports. Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth project delivery. Monitor account performance, budgets, and profitability. Handle client issues promptly and effectively to ensure maximum satisfaction. Contribute to strategic planning and forecasting to achieve revenue and growth targets. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in account management, client servicing, or business development. Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines under pressure. High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
