Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects across planning, design, construction, and maintenance phases.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to assess project viability and environmental impact.
• Prepare and review detailed engineering designs and drawings using AutoCAD or equivalent software.
• Monitor compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Develop cost estimates, budgets, and timelines; control project expenses to meet financial targets.
• Ensure quality control and assurance checks at all project stages.
  

Collaboration & Coordination

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
• Resolve on-site engineering challenges promptly and effectively.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and resolutions to senior management and stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Masters degree preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
• 6- 10 years of proven experience in managing civil engineering projects end-to-end.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering design tools.
• Experience with

• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and technologies.
• Excellent project management skills in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
