Key Responsibilities:

Customer Finance Management

• Manage customer billing, invoicing, and collections.
• Monitor receivables, payment terms, and overdue accounts.
• Perform credit assessments and manage customer credit limits.
• Resolve customer queries related to accounts and payments.

Project Finance Support

• Assist in preparing project budgets and financial forecasts.
• Track project costs, expenses, and profitability.
• Prepare financial reports for ongoing projects.
• Ensure financial compliance in line with project contracts and funding requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers for financial planning and variance analysis.

Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain accurate financial records for customer accounts and projects.
• Prepare MIS reports on receivables, project cash flows, and cost analysis.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, tax, and statutory regulations.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the sales and project teams to streamline customer finance operations.
• Support management in decision-making by providing financial insights.
• Assist in negotiations with clients on payment terms and finance-related matters.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Commerce, Finance, or MBA (Finance).
• 20-25 years of experience in finance/accounts, preferably with exposure to customer finance or project finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, receivables management, and project costing.
• Proficiency in ERP/Accounting systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work with cross-functional teams.
