Key Responsibilities:

Client Strategy & retention

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of

  high-value key accounts

• Develop and execute

  strategic account plans

  to deepen client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and maximize client retention and satisfaction.
• Conduct regular business reviews and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) with clients, providing insightful reporting on performance, progress, and future strategy recommendations.
• Effectively manage client expectations, project timelines, and deliverables across internal execution teams.

Skills & Competencies:

• Exceptional Communication:

  Superior written and verbal communication skills in English, adept at presenting complex solutions to C-suite executives.

• Strategic Thinking:

  Ability to translate client business goals into actionable internal strategies.

• Negotiation & Persuasion:

  Highly skilled in commercial negotiation and building consensus.

• Proactivity & Ownership:

  Self-starter with a high level of accountability and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
