Senior Account Manager Enterprise Sales

Location:

Position Purpose

To develop and expand the client base and directly sell Canons full range of products and solutions including:
Copiers, Scanners, Multi-Functional Devices, Software Solutions, Inkjet & Laser Printers, Managed Document Solutions (MDS), Graphic Art Printing, NVS and Camerasprimarily targeting enterprise customers.

Experience - 4 to 8 years

Job Duties

  • Develop sales plans based on existing accounts, territory potential, and industry vertical opportunities.
  • Drive penetration in listed accounts and acquire new accounts; build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Understand customer environments, office imaging setups, document management needs, and propose relevant Canon solutions.
  • Maintain a healthy funnel by generating qualified prospects as per sales plans.
  • Propose and demonstrate solutions including hardware & software; provide POCs when required.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty, meeting service expectations.
  • Update all sales activities on CRM; analyze customer data.
  • Support execution of orders, manage project delivery and change management.
  • Assist with outstanding collections and ensure required contractual compliances.
