Job Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation

• Cold calling to generate leads and build a database of potential customers
• Identify business prospects through market research and outreach

Customer Engagement

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
• Understand customer organizations and office imaging infrastructure

Solution Selling

• Recommend hardware and software solutions aligned with customer needs
• Provide accurate quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals

Market Intelligence

• Collect competitor and market data to support strategic selling
• Maintain a sales funnel to track potential future opportunities

Sales Administration

• Record sales and order details in CRM or internal systems
• Assist in collections and managing outstanding receivables
