Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kochi for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential buyers, guiding them through the purchasing process, and addressing customer inquiries. Other responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, coordinating site visits, actively participating in sales campaigns, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers
• Proven sales ability including negotiation, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets
• Knowledge of real estate or related industries, including market insights and trends
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and basic office software applications
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are crucial
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
