Job Description

Lenskart Sales Associate (Retail)

Locations:

Role: Sales Associate – Retail Store

As a Sales Associate at Lenskart, you will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in selecting eyewear & lenses.
Provide product knowledge and recommend the best options as per customer needs.
Conduct basic eye check-ups using Lenskart devices (training provided).
Ensure proper display, stock management, and store upkeep.
Maintain sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
Process billing, manage customer queries, and ensure smooth store operations.
Follow company protocols for customer service and store hygiene.

Skills & Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
Good communication skills & customer-friendly attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
