Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for managing backend operations for the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal. The role requires daily interaction with Relationship Managers (RMs) and Sales Team members to address queries, manage escalations, maintain an updated partner database, and ensure timely follow-ups for routine activities to enable smooth business transactions on the GeM portal.

• Maintain and update the partner database regularly to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Follow up with internal and external stakeholders for routine operational tasks and documentation. • Prepare and share reports using advanced Excel for data analysis and presentations. • Assist in preparing basic presentations (PPTs) as required for internal meetings or reviews.
