About the Role We are looking for an experienced Amazon Ads SME who can lead a team of 4 Amazon Ads Account Managers, each managing 5 client accounts, and act as the primary point of communication for key clients. This role requires strong leadership, deep Amazon Ads expertise, and excellent communication and reporting skills. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Team Leadership & Management Lead, mentor, and guide a team of 4 account managers . Review team performance, KPIs, and campaign results. Conduct weekly training sessions and performance evaluations. Ensure all accounts under the team are optimized and meeting client goals. 🔹 Client Communication Act as the primary escalation and communication point for top clients. Participate in client strategy calls, QBRs, and performance reviews. Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights. Maintain high client satisfaction and retention. 🔹 Amazon Ads Strategy & Execution Oversee a portfolio of 20+ accounts managed via the team. Ensure correct implementation of campaign structures, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques. Help team with complex campaign setups (SP, SB, SD). Guide team on keyword mining, competitor research, and analytics. 🔹 Reporting & Analytics Review team reports and ensure accuracy and insightfulness. Track daily performance metrics such as ACoS, ROAS, TACoS, conversion rate, CTR, etc. Identify growth opportunities and communicate them to clients. Maintain dashboards and performance trackers (Excel/Sheets). Required Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in Amazon Ads management. Proven experience handling high-budget campaigns and multiple accounts. Strong leadership and people-management skills. Excellent communication skills (spoken & written). Advanced Excel expertise (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Queries, Custom Reports). Ability to manage and prioritize a large workflow. Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, analytics, and PPC fundamentals. Preferred Qualifications Experience in e-commerce growth, catalog optimization, and overall Amazon marketplace strategies. Familiarity with automation tools (Pacvue, Helium10, Perpetua, etc.).
