As the AGM/Senior Manager of Accounts and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at PARK Group, your role will be crucial in managing multi-entity operations, ensuring financial governance, and supporting strategic decision-making through robust planning and analysis frameworks. Your coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders will be essential for compliance and financial transparency across the group. Key Responsibilities: - Financial Accounting & Compliance - Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures for all group entities. - Drive 100% compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. - Manage and coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring zero non-compliance issues. - Strengthen and maintain a robust internal control framework across accounting functions. - Inter-Company Accounting & Group Structure - Oversee all inter-company transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations across group companies. - Design a scalable and compliant accounting structure aligned to current operations and future growth. - Ensure adherence to transfer pricing norms and support accurate group-level consolidation. - Financial Planning & Business Insights - Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes across business units and manufacturing sites. - Deliver actionable insights through business case evaluations, profitability analysis, and cost management. - Partner with business leaders to align financial planning with strategic priorities. - Stakeholder Reporting - Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to banks, investors, and key stakeholders. - Ensure financial reporting aligns with external compliance needs and internal performance metrics. - Drive transparency, consistency, and data-driven financial communications. - Team Leadership & Development - Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 finance professionals, fostering a high-performance and compliant work culture. - Promote automation, continuous improvement, and the adoption of best-in-class finance practices. - Build a proactive, process-oriented, and agile finance function to support business growth. Candidate Profile: Qualifications: - Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10-12 years of post-qualification experience. Experience: - Demonstrated success in leading Accounts & FP&A in a group structure, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry. - Strong background in multi-entity accounting, audit management, and inter-company transactions. - Proven experience in compliance, ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Navision), and stakeholder reporting.
