Responsibilities: Control project from start to finish ensuring high quality, innovative and functional design. Take the brief to identify Clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals Develop ideas keeping in mind clients’ needs, buildings usage and environmental impact Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections Compile project specifications Keep within budgets and timelines Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations Make on-site visits to check on project status and report on project Requirements: B. ARCH from a recognized institute, with 7 to 10 years of working experience as an Architect. Proven experience working on large-scale luxury projects with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Utilize your excellent sketching skills to communicate design concepts and ideas effectively, both internally and with clients. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards. Be proficient in using software such as AutoCAD (ACAD), Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape and MS Office for design development, presentations, Proficiency in Revit is optional but a plus.
