Senior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and generate sales and purchase invoices accurately and on time. Create and manage e-Way Bills as per GST norms. Ensure GST compliance including rate application, input/output reconciliation, and filing support. Maintain and update customer/vendor billing records in accounting software (Tally/ERP or similar). Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for smooth invoice and delivery operations. Handle billing discrepancies, credit/debit notes, and resolve queries promptly. Assist in monthly closing, reconciliation, and reporting. Support the Accounts Manager in audits and documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent in Accounting or Finance. Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in billing/accounting. Knowledge: GST rules and filing procedures e-Way Bill generation process TDS and basic accounting Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance. The candidate will be responsible for TDS returns filing, account finalization, GST & bank reconciliation, insurance coordination, and overall accounting operations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain day-to-day accounts and ensure accuracy in financial entries. Handle TDS deduction, payment, and return filing within statutory timelines. Oversee account finalization, trial balance, P&L account, and balance sheet preparation. Manage GST compliance, including reconciliation and coordination with auditors. Perform bank reconciliation, vendor and customer ledger reconciliation. Coordinate with insurance companies for policy renewal, claim documentation, and record maintenance. Handle banking operations – payments, fund transfers, LC/BG documentation, and bank-related correspondence. Support audit processes (statutory, internal, and tax audits). Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports and financial summaries for management. Supervise junior accounts staff and assist in improving accounting procedures.
