Company Description

The International Centre for Automotive Technology (ICAT) in Manesar, India, is a premier automotive testing, certification, and research & development service provider. ICAT operates under the National Automotive Testing and R&D Infrastructure Project (NATRiP) initiated by the Government of India. It serves both automotive and non-automotive sectors and is an authorized Testing Agency under Rule 126 of Central Motor Vehicles Rules (CMVR) as notified by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH).

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Account Executive located in Manesar. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing strategic account plans, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling client communications, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver services. The role also involves analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities and contributing to revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Strong client management and communication skills
• Experience in developing strategic account plans and driving client satisfaction
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve client issues efficiently
• Knowledge of market trends and ability to identify new business opportunities
• Ability to work on-site in Manesar
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
