Senior Account Executive

As a Senior Account Executive in the Manufacturing sector located in Vasai, Mumbai, you will be responsible for the following: - Preparation and management of Sales Invoices, Service Invoices, E-way Bills, and Delivery Challans - Processing Purchase Invoices and Expense Vouchers - Handling petty cash transactions and records - Managing communication with clients and vendors (via phone, email, and in-person) - Working knowledge and application of GST and TDS regulations - Transaction processing, ledger updates, and budgeting activities - Account reconciliation, ledger confirmation, and discrepancy identification Qualifications and Requirements: - B.Com or any Graduate degree - Proficiency in Tally ERP, Tally Prime, MS Excel, and general data handling - Familiarity with MS Office Suite - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Computer literacy and ability to work independently - Proactive and responsible attitude Please note that candidates with experience in CA firms will not be considered for this role.
