Account Executive – Manufacturing Sector
Location: Vasai, Mumbai (Pickup & Drop Facility Available from Vasai, Virar, Nalasopara)
Preferred Candidates: Residing between Borivali and Virar
Experience
1 to 4 years in General Accounting
Note: Candidates with experience in CA firms will not be considered.
Salary
Up to ₹25,000 per month (Gross) + Performance-Based Variable Pay
Roles & Responsibilities
Preparation and management of Sales Invoices, Service Invoices, E-way Bills, and Delivery Challans
Processing Purchase Invoices and Expense Vouchers
Handling petty cash transactions and records
Managing communication with clients and vendors (via phone, email, and in-person)
Working knowledge and application of GST and TDS regulations
Transaction processing, ledger updates, and budgeting activities
Account reconciliation, ledger confirmation, and discrepancy identification
Qualifications & Requirements
B.Com or M.Com degree
1 to 4 years of experience as an Account Executive
Proficiency in Tally ERP, Tally Prime, MS Excel, and general data handling
Familiarity with MS Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Computer literacy and ability to work independently
Proactive and responsible attitude
