Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the complete onboarding process including documentation, induction, and orientation. Handle exit formalities, final settlements, and exit interviews. Employee Records & MIS Reporting: Maintain accurate and updated employee data, salary structures, and personal files. Prepare and present HR MIS reports attrition, headcount, manpower cost, etc. Performance Management System (PMS): Support the appraisal process through timely data collection and documentation.
