Team Lead Training and Development /Data Analytics & Internal Audit

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis Quality & Training (BPO Operations):

• Oversee end-to-end data audits and analysis for field operations.
  
• Monitor execution across Hold, Approved, and Rejected case statuses.
  
• Drive closure of Hold cases and identify Roll-Out Gaps.
  
• Allocate daily tasks and track idle time/productivity.
  
• Publish daily, weekly, and monthly audit & performance reports.
  
• Lead team calibrations, SOP alignment, and operational metric reviews.
  
• Manage a team of 30+ associates, ensuring high performance and training.
  

2. Internal Audit :

• Conduct internal audits as per the annual audit plan.
  
• Review internal controls, identify compliance gaps, and suggest improvements.
  
• Prepare audit reports, working papers, and follow-up documentation.
  
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections.
  
• Stay updated on evolving audit standards and regulatory guidelines.

Key Skills & Tools:

• Advanced MS Excel (mandatory)
  
• Power Query / Power BI (preferred)
  
• Data interpretation and audit reporting
  
• BPO Quality & Training understanding
  
• Knowledge of internal controls and compliance standards
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate

  in any stream (Commerce preferred for Audit profile)

• 5+ years of total experience

  , with:
• Minimum

  2 years in a leadership role

  (Supervisor / Team Lead or above)
• Experience managing large teams (30+ members)
  
• Relevant exposure in

  Quality, Training & Data Analysis

  (BPO)

• 4-5 years experience

  in

  auditing/accounting

  functions
• Certifications in

  Power BI, Excel, or Audit

  tools will be an advantage
