Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations

Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR policies and workplace issues
Address employee grievances, manage disciplinary actions, and foster a positive work environment

Performance Management

Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs

Payroll, Compensation & Benefits

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 100+ employees using Excel and HRMS
Oversee compensation and benefits programs ensuring competitiveness and compliance

Compliance & Legal

Ensure strict adherence to Indian labor laws, factory regulations, and workplace safety standards
Maintain documentation and audit readiness related to HR compliance

HR Administration

Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR metrics and reports (attrition, engagement, retention)
Support smooth HR operations through effective documentation and systems management

Employee Engagement

Lead initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention, including recognition programs and surveys
Organize team-building and wellness activities to promote a healthy work culture

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters preferred
Experience:
Minimum 10 years overall HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
Proven experience managing 100+ blue-collar employees
Mandatory payroll experience (Excel & HRMS proficiency)
Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and industrial relations
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with MS Office and HR management software
