Roles & Responsibilities

Management and oversight of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department
Organizational and space planning
Performance management and improvement systems
Payroll processing to include ESI Compliance, FnF Settlement, TDS, CTC Calculation, PF deductions, etc.
Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting
Employee orientation,development, and training
Policy development and documentation
Employee relations
India office committee facilitation
Company employee communication
Compensation and benefits administration
Recruiting and staffing logistics
Employee Engagement
Safety of the workforce
Manages, trains, and develops subordinate HR personnel.
Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Additional tasks/projects as assigned by reporting manager

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum of five years HR experience
Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field
Working knowledge of various aspects of Human Resources, including, but not limited to group employee benefits, payroll administration, employee relations, legal compliance and regulations
Demonstrated knowledge of HR Information systems, MS Word, Outlook and Excel
Strong presentation, oral and written communication skills.
