We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team at Prosperra Infra Estate located at Assotech Business Cresterra Sector 135 Noida. we are into the Real Estate Consultancy company. As an HR Admin, you will be responsible for managing a variety of human resources functions belongs to the Real Estate Recruitment Sales & Marketing Team including employee documentation, recruitment support, and maintaining effective communication within the organization. Candidate must have experience hiring experience in Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support in employee welfare activities.
Manage HR documents such as employee contracts, attendance, and leave records.
Handle employee queries and provide administrative support.
Coordinate and schedule interviews.
Assist in performance evaluation and training programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Help organize company events and employee engagement initiatives.
Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
6 Months of experience in HR Real Estate or administrative roles (freshers may also apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 15,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
