Talent Acquisition Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles including factory staff, supervisory, and managerial positions
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various sourcing techniques

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role specifications
• Provide timely recruitment updates and insights to senior management

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

• Lead employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent
• Ensure positive candidate experience through clear communication and process efficiency

Team Leadership

• Mentor and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and maintain quality
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and tools
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education:

  Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Masters preferred

• Experience:

  5 to 8 years in recruitment, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role
• Experience hiring blue-collar and white-collar candidates, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors
• Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws related to recruitment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  
• Proficient in HRMS, and MS Office
