Experience Required: Minimum 7+ years in Talent Acquisition

Working Days: 6 Days (Monday–Saturday)

About the Role

Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level positions across multiple functions (Engineering, Operations, Production, R&D, Projects, Quality, Maintenance, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates within defined timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical and specialized roles.
• Handle sourcing through multiple channels – job portals, social media, employee referrals, professional networks, campus hiring, etc.
• Work closely with department heads to understand manpower planning and role requirements.
• Lead interview scheduling, assessments, negotiations, and offer rollout.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience in collaboration with the HR Operations team.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS, and status reporting to management.
• Partner with external recruitment agencies when required and manage vendor performance.
• Contribute to employer branding and campus engagement initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing industry hiring — especially plant-based roles.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and ATS/HRMS systems.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Education

• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent specialization (preferred).

Additional Information

• Candidates should be comfortable working

  6 days a week

  along with the plant expansion.
