Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

1. Institutional Networking & Liaison

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, and professional institutions across regions. • Build and execute a campus engagement strategy to attract high-quality talent for internships, entry-level, and management trainee roles. • Liaise with placement officers, faculty, and training partners for campus drives, workshops, and career fairs. • Represent the organization at institutional events, seminars, and other engagement activities. • Act as the primary point of contact for colleges and institutions for all recruitment and partnership-related matters. • Coordinate and plan recruitment events, pre-placement talks, and campus drives in alignment with business needs.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and deliver timely, high-quality hires. • Source candidates through various channels job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and institutional tie-ups. • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Maintain recruitment data, reports, and performance metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness). • Contribute to employer branding and social media recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

3. Vendor Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage external recruitment vendors and agencies. • Negotiate contracts, terms, and service-level agreements with recruitment partners. • Monitor vendor performance, ensuring compliance with organizational hiring standards and cost efficiency. • Build strong, collaborative relationships with external vendors to ensure a steady talent pipeline. • Maintain and update vendor performance reports and ensure timely invoicing and payments.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to campus hiring, institutional liaising, and vendor management.

• Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks with colleges and external agencies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

• Strong negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools (ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, etc.).

• Ability to travel occasionally for institutional visits and recruitment events.
