Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end bulk hiring processes for various clients across different industries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of non-IT recruitment projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including client managers and hiring managers.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize the volume hiring process.

Job Requirements :

  • 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (BPO hiring, healthcare BPO).
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale recruitment campaigns (bulk hiring) with multiple priorities.
  • Strong understanding of international voice process operations and US healthcare industry knowledge an added advantage.
  • Excellent team handling skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
