- Handle end to end recruitment for all positions & departments
- Manage a team of recruiters & ensure that we have sufficient pipeline of candidates available for current & future positions
- Accurate shortlisting of candidates to ensure right candidate is selected for right role
- Roll out offers & salary negotiation
- Manage the relevant reports regarding recruitment, selection process & new joiners.
Carry out joining formalities & complete the documentation of new joiners
- Manage Recruitment vendors & process their payments
- Plan Induction & joining training of the new joiners along with Operations team & concerned HOD.
- Reference check of candidates (except current organization) before rolling out the offer.
- Ensure that the candidate settles down in the role.
- Update Recruitment MIS & maintain dashboard of candidates in the recruitment process.
- Plan & support implementation of Employee Engagement initiatives.
Graduate with atleast 2 years experience in end to end recruitment including salary negotiation, offer extension & onboarding of new joiners.
Experience in Real Estate hiring will be most preferred.
Should have knowledge of bulk hiring as well as senior level hiring
